General information and requirements
Students can apply for a short-term exchange at WUR in accordance with a bilateral agreement, Erasmus programme, or other exchange agreement for study. The Exchange Office is not involved with work and internships for incoming students.
Students have completed 120 ECTS, which equals at least two years of study at the home university/ academic background.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required (minimum B2 proficiency).

Exchange students are eligible to take BSc or MSc courses or minors depending on their level of the completed study. The academic year is divided into six education periods which makes it possible to start your exchange period at different moments throughout the year. Look at the section ‘Planning and selection of courses’ on the website, it describes a lot.
You need to meet the assumed knowledge per course and choose English courses (most of our courses are in English actually). Also, it is not recommended to take courses that have a maximum number of participants because exchange students do not get priority.
