9th International Scientific Conference “RURAL DEVELOPMENT 2019:Research and Innovation for Bioeconomy“

We would like to invite you to the 9^th International Scientific Conference “RURAL DEVELOPMENT 2019:Research and Innovation for Bioeconomy“, which will take place in Kaunas, Lithuania, 26-28^th September, 2019 and the venue of the conference will be at the Aleksandras Stulginskis University (from January 2019 - Vytautas Magnus University). 

This conference is aimed at providing interdisciplinary scientific discussion, presenting new ideas for rural development processes in the context of Bioeconomy, Innovations and Social Progress. 

The main topics of parallel sessions:

1. Agro-innovations and Food Technologies;

2. Biosystems Engineering and Environment Integrity;

3. Multifunctional Approach for Sustainable Use of Bio-Resources;

4. Social Research and Innovation in Bioeconomy for Sustainable Transformation and Wellbeing in Rural Areas. 

Business and Science Forum will be held during the Conference.

Keywords: Innovations, Integrity, Bio-resources, Well-being.

From February 4^th to July 1^st, 2019 – registration, Until September 15^th, 2019 – article submission, January 1^st, 2020 – publishing of the Conference proceedings

The papers that fulfil the requirements will be published in the Proceedings of the 9^th International Scientific conference “Rural Development 2019” (ISSN 1822-3230). The Proceedings will be referred in database of ISI Conference Proceedings and in Business Source Complete (EBSCO). 

Registration fee will amount to: for delegates – from February 4^th to September 1^st – 220 EUR; after September 1^st – 270 EUR; for accompanying person – 150 EUR. (Registration fee covers the Conference proceedings, coffee breaks, lunch and gala dinner. The costs of accommodation, cultural (social) programme and transport should be covered by the participants of the Conference.)
